It is still there, only it is hidden by default. If you would like to unhide the menu bar, you can either turn it on via the “Tools” menu or simply press the ALT key on your keyboard to toggle it on and off. The reason why the File menu was hidden by default is to provide a more streamline browsing experience. All of the File menu items can be found in the shortcut menu items located at the top right of your browser screen.
