At just a few months old their mother Karen decided to occupy their days by going to auditions. It wasn’t until the boys were 18 months old that they auditioned for Full House. The boys were set to replace the Renteria twins, who played the ‘baby versions’ of Nicky and Alex on the show. It was an unexpected move for viewers when ABC decided to cancel Full House after the last episode for what turned out to be the final season. Full House ran successfully for a total of 8 seasons, 3 of which the boys were a part of.
