What happened to Team Rashad in TUF 10 episode 5?”
Training in Denver has been going very well. After last week’s episode, my life has begun to change a little bit. I get recognized at the grocery store, which is a little weird. I am used to standing by guys like Shane Carwin or Nate Marquardt when the fans are asking them about fighting, etc. The number one question I used to get is, “Did you fight Kimbo?” And now it’s getting to be, “Does Kimbo come back?” Kimbo might be the first “TUF” contestant who is worth his weight in gold. I am also asked a lot about how great it is to be a part of Team Rashad. Team “Rampage” is getting in a training session, with Coach “Rampage” reflecting on his 0-4 start. It’s easy to see that the losses are taking a toll on “Rampage”, as the coaching staff concentrates on Zak Jensen’s ground game, or lack there of. The house has been pretty tame up to this point with the big men, but Wes Sims seems to think that Jensen has had some extra fun in the shower, nearly causing him to roll his ankle from the slip-n-slide action. Mitrione is at the training center with his hurt shoulder, and after a plastic wrap mummification to protect his shoulder, he gets his train on. Coach Evans is not so sure that Mitrione is actually even hurt, and questions his desire to be the next to step in the cage for Team Evans. Team “Rampage” gets in their training session, and “
