What happened to Sam Tyler in the last episode of life on mars?
In the last episode of Life on Mare last year, Sam Tyler committed suicide by jumping of the top of the Police H.Q. Building in 2007 and going back to 1973 and helping Gene Hunt and the gang to stop a train robbery and getting the girl. 8 years later in 1980 Sam, Gene and the gang were on a job after some robbers and Sam ended up driving his car into the river and they looked for his body in the river but Sam body was never found so two things may have happened to Sam. One he may have gone back to 2007 or two he may have gone back further in time but we may never know what happened to Sam Tyler. He may turn up in Ashes to Ashes at some point.
