What happened to Ranch Camp? What is the Ranchers option?
The size of our horse barn limits the number of horses we can lease for the summer, and therefore limits us to five Ranchers, who use their horses all morning. Finding separate housing, and creating separate afternoon and evening programs, for just five campers was a real challenge. Therefore, we made the decision to have “Ranchers” be a morning option for any eighth or ninth grade camper enrolled in Main Camp. Ranchers follow the same schedule as Main Campers, but instead of choosing three different morning Camptivities, they receive small group riding instruction during all three Camptivity periods.
