What happened to Parent/Guest deposits?
On June 1 2009, Bulldog Bucks initiated a new program in partnership with the UGA Bursar’s office in order to streamline student transactions. All student Bulldog Bucks deposit requests are now created at the Bulldog Bucks Deposit System and then paid via Student Accounts. Due to new regulations, we are no longer able to provide access to a cardholder’s account to anyone other than the cardholder. All deposit requests must be initiated by the student cardholder. However, parents may still pay the deposit requests initiated by the student. They have two options for doing this: • In order for parents to pay deposits online, their student will need to grant them access to his or her Student Account. This access can be set up at Student Accounts.
