A YOUNG British actress who appeared in Spider-Man 3 has been found dead. Lucy Gordon, 28, was found hanged in her flat in Paris – two days before her 29th birthday. Police initially described her death as suicide but The Sun reports it is now under investigation and the star’s boyfriend is currently being questioned. A shopkeeper near Gordon’s flat told Gala magazine the boyfriend had burst into his shop on Wednesday morning calling for help. The pair rushed upstairs in la Rue des Petites Ecuries to find the Gordon dead. The boyfriend said he had gone to sleep and awoke to find her hanged. Gordon’s father today paid an emotional tribute to his eldest child, describing her as the light of his life. Speaking from the family home in Oxford, Richard Gordon said her death was a tragedy that had “come out of the blue”.
