Jake was put in jail because he ran away with Jenny, but soon gets out because Peyton bugged his lawyers so much to find some speck of evidence against Nikki, and they did. So Jake is released and Nikki moves to Savanna to be able to see Jenny, and neither have custody, Jake’s parents do. Though Nikki and Jake get the majority of time with her. Things work out for the both of them.
