What Happened to Amendments 3, 7, & 9?
Amendment 3 was removed from the ballot by the Florida Supreme Court. The Court ruled that the title and summary were misleading. You can read a .pdf of the court decision here. I’ve read the amendment and some of the history, and I’m still not quite sure what it’s supposed to do.
