What happends if my installation is cancelled on the fitting day?
When an installation is booked the details provided relating to the vehicle and handset are crucial to ensuring the right equipment is dispatched. Please ensure the details you provide are correct and that you are available at the time and date agreed for installation. If you are unavailable at the time or date specified or any of the details supplied are incorrect please inform Car Communications by phone or email at least 24hrs in advance excluding weekends and bank holidays. Where the customer is unavailable at the agreed time and date or the wrong vehicle details are specified Car Communications reserve the right to charge a 45 cancellation fee.
