What happends after default judgement?
You have six months from the date that you knew or should have known that the default judgment was entered to file a Motion to Vacate Default and Default Judgment. Only file this if you believe that you can win or get a smaller judgment. Once the motion is granted, you must be able to go to trial immediately.
