What happend to the british ships with tea in all the colonial ports except boston?
To show you how weird the bureaucrats were, even back then, the ships was impounded by the port in red tape. The captain was told he could not sail home without unloading his contents of tea. The tea was gone so he could not do that. The ship sat for a fair amount of time before it was released. Even then the Government had issues.
