I don’t know that married men try to go after intelligent women. Usually what people see more often is the married man going after the younger, naive bimbo-types because an intelligent woman can see through their lies. I guess one that I have heard men say before is: “I’m married, but we’re separated/divorcing.” The above ones posted are all good ones we’ve heard too.

A married man always looks for dominance whether his wife is intelligent or not . But it is not true that all men will always ‘ woo ‘ any other intelligent woman. An intelligent woman herself should be able to handle any situation out of a married man whether it is her husband or someone else.
