The integration of Netcool and Sun MC requires the PrimeAlert EventAction and the PrimeAlert Adapter for Micromuse Netcool. The integration of Patrol and Sun MC requires the PrimeAlert EventAction and the PrimeAlert AlarmRouter Pack. The AlarmRouter pack contains a generic SNMP trap forwarding mechanism that can be used to forward Sun MC events to any 3rd party product that can accept SNMP traps. 31.
