What gut loaded ghost shrimp?
Gut loaded Ghost Shrimp are Ghost Shrimp that have been feed vitamin enriched food with their intended consumption by a larger fish. By loading them with vitamin laced food, the larger fish will receive those vitamins when they wouldn’t normally eat them. EDIT: Still water is fine… I’ve kept them in a bowl with no issue. Lettuce is fine, but that isn’t really the point of gut loading… If you gut load them, the idea is to give them food laced with vitamins (eg. feed them pellets soaked in liquid vitamins).
