Home rule and permanent base adjustment guides with information and sample forms are available on the Resources and Research page of the Arizona League of Cities and Towns Web site at http://www.azleague.org. The home rule or permanent base adjustment proposals, including the resolution, detailed analysis, summary analysis, and summary analysis worksheet, as applicable, must be submitted to the Auditor Generals Office for review at least 60 days prior to the election.
