What guarantees, money-back options are there?
• Apart from airfare, everything is money-back guaranteed prior to 2 months before departure. $500 will be non-refundable regardless once a commitment has been made. Airfare reimbursements are based on whether refundable or nonrefundable arrangements were made, and based on the discretion of the international airline. Local flights within Nepal will be reimbursed if Insight Himalaya cancels a trip or of you provide notice prior to 2 months before departure (see Payment and Cancellation Policies).
