If any item is damaged or does not meet your expectations, please return within 30 days and we will exchange it, credit your account, or refund your payment. If your item has been opened and you have found it to be defective or damaged, please call Customer Service at 800-446-3355 for shipping instructions. Please note we cannot accept returns of certain items, including: • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. • Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, or cassette tape that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap). • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
