What guarantee does the Lladró online shop offer?
All pieces purchased from the Lladró online shop are guaranteed by the Lladró brand. If, within 30 days from the reception date, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may send us a written notice to e-boutique@es.lladro.com (for purchases made from Europe) or e-boutique@us.lladro.com (for purchases made from USA). Our Consumer Relations Department will instruct you on the steps to follow to return your purchase. Return expenses shall be borne by the purchaser and the product must be returned in perfect condition in its original packaging. Once we receive the product, the purchase price will be reimbursed to your credit card in a maximum period of 30 days.
