A.: The following groups may be eligible for a grant of parole: • CNMI permanent residents; • Immediate relatives of CNMI permanent residents; • Spouses and children of deceased CNMI permanent residents; and • The immediate relatives of citizens of the Freely Associated States (the Republic of Palau, the Federated States of Micronesia, and the Republic of the Marshall Islands).
