What group-policies (if any) are being applied at top level, i.e. forest wide?
There are very minimal group policies applied from the top level. A ‘plain vanilla’ approach allows OU administrators to customize their own group policies. A group policy (GPO’s) list can be viewed once joined in the forest and are posted on the http://windows.ucdavis.edu/Admin/gpo/ website. Currently, this area is restricted to Enterprise Admins currently.
