All ground transportation is included except to and from the airport and excursions you take on your free time. Ground transportation is available Thursday evening from the airport to the hotel from noon-7pm by advance reservations only. The fee is $50 per person. Ground transportation is available Monday morning from the hotel to the airport from 6am-noon by advance reservations only. This must be booked at registration time so that shuttles can be reserved. Other ground transportation may be arranged at the airport or by taxi service.
