Families whose loved ones were served by Community Hospices are contacted by a member of the Bereavement Support Services staff, who describes the services and support groups that we offer. Our services are available for everyone who has lost a loved one whether or not they were in Community Hospices’ care. Counseling Bereavement counselors are members of the multi-disciplinary teams that provide our hospice care. They are specially trained to help people navigate through the grieving process..
