You can create PNG or GIF images (typically used in web pages and other software applications), paginated PostScript files that can be printed, and EPS files (for printing or import into other document). You can also use it interactively on an X11 display. As of version 2.00 you can optionally link against your own copy of the GD library to get JPEG and WBMP.
