If you are on a qualifying benefit then you may be eligible for assistance under the London Warm Zone scheme for a grant of up to 100% for heating works. The grant is for replacement heating or repairs if the boiler is broken or inadequate, and in properties where there is no central heating London Warm Zone can arrange for a new system to be installed.
