The best is SS 304 for kitchen trolleys. I have kitchen trolleys in SS 304 , for the last 10 yrs and no corrosion at all. Dear Sir, SS 304 is almost 1.75 to 2 times more expensive then SS 202, due to the presence of NICKEL ( 8%)in it. Pl see yr budget. As regards utensils made up of SS 202 since we clean them regularly say daily/ weekly basis the chromimum oxide layer (part of SS metallurgy) gets renewed and hence do not rust. But if we leave them un attended for long period of time say 1 year plus , pitting marks shall start developing on the top surface .Generally these pitting marks can be removed by repolishing if they are not deep..
