A lost of Baroque composers, such as Johann Sebastian Bach and George Frideric Handel. Like mentioned. The Toccata and Fugue, by Bach has an organ, also try Handel’s Messiah. And almost anything by Beethoven or even Mozart could be put into an organ theme from a piano. Most things that can be played on a piano, will sound great also on an organ. But I guess you were looking for the original organ. Try Vivaldi and Gluck too, you may find a few there. Baroque used it a lot.
