What golf renovations have been completed by the new owners?
Within 24 hours of purchasing Ferncroft CC, Affinity Management began large-scale renovations that inspired 118 founding members to apply within six days. Golf course projects since February 2006 include lengthening the driving range, adding a short game area and chipping green, and creating a 40,000 square foot grass practice tee. Drainage work was performed on 14 holes. Affinity also renovated and reopened the 19th Hole restaurant. Are guests allowed to play? Members are not limited to the number of guests they may bring annually. Guests must be accompanied by a member and play during non-prime times. Guests are not permitted to play Saturdays or Sundays before noon or Fridays between 11:00 am 1:00 pm (earlier or later on Fridays is permitted.)
