We will assess four areas of your life: 1. Your call to ministry: Renewal and restoration to God’s call is our ultimate goal in this area. 2. Spiritual leadership: Information, classes and coaching will be available for you to improve your spiritual leadership skills. 3. Relational skills: We will look for improvement in respect for self and others, and encourage skills in speaking the truth with love. 4. Organizational skills: Our goal is to strengthen your planning, delegating, and follow through abilities through information, classes and coaching.
