What gluten can you eat on the Carol Vorderman detox diet?
I’m not familiar with the Carol Verderman diet, but I would suggest cutting it out anyway. Many many people are intolerant of gluten and I think everyone should cut it out at least once in their life to see if they are one of them. I personally think people should cut out one food at a time to see which foods they react to and which ones they don’t. Although if you are cutting out all that, you should feel different no matter what you are intolerant to! And you should probably lose quite a bit of weight too! And I would assume that she would want the sugars to be unrefined if you’re cutting out all that. You should look in the gluten free section of the grocery store. Many people with gluten issues also have other allergies so you will find bread that is made with rice and tapioca and that doesn’t have any eggs or dairy in it.
