I started out this morning as I normally do, scanning headlines on my laptop to get an early-morning jump on the news of the day. The continuing saga of Tiger Woods and the car crash at his Florida home caught my eye, especially when I read that police still hadn’t talked to him about the accident after three days. “Hey,” I said calling out to my husband. “The police haven’t spoken to Tiger Woods yet about that accident.” “Well, what is that they want to talk to him about?” my husband responded. Perhaps you have the same reaction. What’s the big deal about police not being able to talk to the award-winning golfer about a one-car accident that happened outside his own home?
