North American and European sisters have a wealth of valuable resources to share with women religious of other countries. There is no need to elaborate here on the vision and generosity of those women leaders who have gone before who have made all this possible. Sisters from North America and Europe have touched and will continue to enrich the lives of religious in other countries through their gifts of spirituality and psychological expertise and their skills in the dynamics of community living. Their willingness to dedicate years of their lives as volunteers in the missions, especially in the areas of health care, pastoral care and education, is a living witness to the gifts that have been poured out for the rest of the world.
