Lat-long info in Degree-Minutes-Seconds should be converted to Decimal Degrees. Like all other Google mapping tools, Google Fusion Tables assumes the WGS 84 datum. If you know your location data is in a different datum, you’ll want to convert it first for the most accurate mapping.
