What generally happens to someone who is a clerk that sells either cigarettes or alcohol to underage persons after they are arrested?
This has happened to a couple of people who work for the same company I do, except it was alcohol instead of cigarettes. They weren’t arrested, but did have to appear in court. They both were found guilty and had to pay a small fine. They’re both still with the conpany. The company did not have to pay a fine, nor did it lose it’s license.
