At GCSE, there probably isn’t a definate set of subjects that you should take. I think geography and biology would be useful, and having at least one foreign language (French or Spanish, perhaps) would help if you wanted to study abroad. But beyond that I would suggest that you would do best to go for a wide spread – maths and english plus a few arts / humanities and a few sciences. If you need more specific information, why not look up the websites of a few universities that teach anthropology (Oxford and Cambridge do, but I’m not sure which others). They will probably have some information about entry requirements or, if not, at least an e-mail address that you could send an enquirey to.
