LOL 4 Gauge is for Jumper Cables……..Ha Ha Ha……..I installed a new Amp for My sons Subs and it was 2000 watts and i used 10 gauge wire so for a 850 watt you could run 12 gauge safely….. Make sure u use stranded copper wire not Solid core… and stay away from aluminum wire its junk…And make sure it comes right from the Batt with a Fuse inline…
