14 Gauge on the Body and 16 Gauge on Lid. The materials used are heavier than most of the other barbeque grill manufacturers. The Coastal Professional Barbeque Grill is all handmade using all barstock steel tubing for the frame; no angle iron is used on any part of the grill.
