Firstly, it depends what you mean by “get into Pathology”. To be a Pathologist, you need to be amedical doctor so BSc Biomed Sci won’t get you there. It could get you into lower levels such as patholgy technician or laboratory work in pathology labs. Getting into Forensic Science is very, very difficult. Even graduates with MSc or PhD in Forensic sciences are struggling to get jobs – there are too many graduates chasing too few jobs. If you do a BSc Biomed Sci make sure it is an accredited one – this means that you don’t have to do the additional pre-registration year.
