I feel bad for you not getting any answers on your question that I will do something I haven’t done before: Basically create your entire speech. First, let’s make an outline. For each and every essay you are going to have to make or use a strategy. Every strategy has to have a “flow”. And it has to sound great. For this essay we are going to use the I PEE strategy. I PEE stands for INTRODUCTION, POINT, EXAMPLE, EXPLAIN. First, make your introduction, state your point, make an example, and explain that example. When you are writing or typing this essay your introduction should be a few sentences that hooks the reader to the essay. Your point should be simple: Why you should be granted the position of secretary/treasurer. Your example should even more simple: What you will do as secretary/treasurer. And when explaining your essay, tell them why the reasons you should be granted the position is important. After you PEE, PEE some more. Repeat these steps until your conclusion in which you
