What funds are available for youth in or formerly in foster care to receive a college education?
The Education and Training Voucher Program (ETV) for Youths Aging out of Foster Care provides funds to both youth in and youth formerly in foster care to enable them to attend colleges, universities and vocational training institutions. Students may receive up to $5,000 per year for college or vocational training education and students receiving funds prior to their 21st birthday may continue to receive support until age 23.
