What funding is available through Organizational Development and Learning (ODL) for staff?
UBC is committed to the professional development of our employees recognizing that ongoing learning is one of the cornerstones of an engaged workforce. To operationalize this commitment, several employee-based funding programs have been created and are administered through ODL in the Human Resources Department Staff members belonging to the CUPE 2950, Executive Administrative, M&P, or Non-Union Technicians and Research Assistants employee groups currently have access to centralized professional development funds.
