• String literals identifying the namespaces. • Names and contact information of Namespace Authorities. • Syntax requirement for identifiers maintained in such namespaces. • Normalization methodology for identifiers maintained in such namespaces. • Ancillary documentation. Disclosure of Registry records will be both in a human presentational form as well as in structured markup form for machine automation. Currently the Registry records are presented as XHTML documents but are also available as “oai_dc” XML records and are harvestable using the OAI-PMH protocol. Other presentations, such as RSS, may subsequently be made available.
