What fun things are happening in Eugene, Oregon this summer?
One of the biggest events coming to Eugene this summer is the U.S. Olympic team trials for track and field. It spans 10 days full of festivals and excitement while racers will compete at Hayward Field. That is coming up June 27-July 6. The Eugene Pro Rodeo also takes place July 3-6, with fireworks the night of the 4th. Summer in Eugene also provides a lot of opportunities to get out into nature and enjoy the beautiful weather and scenery of Eugene. Rafting down the Willamette is a fun afternoon activity. There are a lot of place to hike and bike throughout the city if you are interested in more outdoor activities.
