GMRS shares the first 7 channels with FRS but also adds 8 frequencies for both direct (simplex) and repeater use: 1 – 462.550 MHz, 2 – 462.575, 3 – 462.600, 4 – 462.625, 5 – 462.650, 6 – 462.675, 7 – 462.700, 8 – 462.725 MHz. Repeater input frequencies are 5 MHz above the output frequencies.
