Lead States should submit the PR-20, “Voucher for Work Performed under Provisions of the Federal Aid and Federal Highway Acts, as Amended.” This form is available through your local FHWA Division Office. **Note, when submitting the PR-20 voucher, please ensure that the projects quarterly report for the specified period of performance is posted on the TPF website. If the project’s quarterly report is not posted on the TPF website, the processing of the voucher may be delayed.
