What forms of payment are acceptable?
The deposit is paid to Auto-Mated Transporters. We accept cashier’s checks, money orders, cash, personal checks (shipping subject to clearance) and most major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) for the administration fee down payment only. An administration fee is required to initiate the transport process. The balance is paid directly to the trucking company driver. The trucker must be paid on delivery of your vehicle in cash, cashier’s check or money order only. The trucker will not accept credit cards. If you want to, you can pay the truck driver the balance due at the pickup point, if it is easier for you.
5. Can I register on line or Fax my application? No. Due to the many components of the application, NBE requires that you submit hard copies of all documentation. What documents must I provide to NBE in order to take the examination? Complete pages 7 and 8 of the application; provide payment and a copy of your valid, unexpired medical license. (If you do not have a medical license, contact NBE 919-861-5582). 7. Can I take the examination if my fellowship ends after the application submission deadline/examination date? Yes. You may provide information regarding your fellowship program for certification purposes at a later date. You only need to complete pages 7 and 8 of the application, provide a copy of your valid, unexpired medical license and provide payment. 8. Do I have to provide al
