The following CRFs are required to be faxed to the RADAR Central Trials Office in order to randomise a patient to the RADAR trial: R0; CA0, 2 pages; CP0; BPT (Pre-rand.); DEXA (if applicable); TLX report Please Note: It is NOT required that you fax a copy of the patient’s consent form to the RADAR Centrals Trial Office at randomisation.
