Resident estate or trust: You are required to file the following forms: Form FID-3, pages 1 and 2, and on that form Schedule A, Schedule of Deductions/Subtractions, Schedule B, Schedule of Additions, Schedule C, Montana Allowable Miscellaneous Itemized Deductions Subject to 2% Floor, Schedule D, Income Distribution Deduction, Schedule E, Beneficiaries and Montana Income Distributions, Schedule G, Montana Tax Credits, if applicable, Schedule H, Credit for an Income Tax Liability Paid to Another State or Country, if applicable, Schedule I, Reporting of Special Transactions, if applicable, and also Federal Form 1041 in its entirety, You should also prepare a Montana Schedule K-1 for each beneficiary, if applicable.
