The Summer Session Teaching and Research (SS) Form has been revised and it is not a required form because the summer session PAFs will be routed to both the department approver and the dean’s office approver for approval. The form was created to help write down the information that is needed to enter on the job appointment PAF. However if the person is a non-VT employee then the Wage Employment Information Supplement (P12-W) may be needed to enter biographical information on PWAEBIO and also tax forms may need to be filled out and sent to Payroll.
