What formats are supported when exporting nutrition, exercise and journal data via email?

The attached file is in tab delimited text format. The data in the email body is in CSV (Comma Separated Values) format. The commas in the Nutrition and Exercise name fields have been removed so that they will not be confused for field separators when importing the data.
